Customers have the right to check the product before receiving to ensure the correct quantity and design. In case the product is not as ordered, please do not try or use the product.

After confirming the product is as ordered, we will arrange to deliver the appropriate product to the customer.

We only accept returns when the product is defective.

When discovering a defective product, please contact our customer service department via phone number 039 998 698 for support.

When resolving return issues, customers please provide order ID, detailed information about the defective product, and proof photos and videos. Returned items must meet the criteria for condition, packaging, and completeness of product parts and accessories. Return processing time is 7 days from the date of delivery.

The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value. In case the exchanged product is of higher value, we will require payment of the difference. Once the return and refund request is approved, we commit to performing the refund transaction for the customer. Note that the refund amount will not include delivery fees and promotional discounts.

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for the following items:

• Stuffed animal
• Books & stationery
• Adult swimwear
• Adult underwear
• Bath and skin care products
• All other cleaning products
• All other hygiene products
• Items are on sale
• Any other items as specified by Motherswork

Motherswork Vietnam will deliver goods through direct distribution channels and express delivery units.

In case the delivery time is longer than expected, MOTHERSWORK VIETNAM will contact the customer to confirm the specific time. If the customer does not agree, the company will guide and support the customer to cancel the order, and notify and work with the delivery unit.
