Refund and exchange policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@motherswork.com.vn with detailed information about the product and the defect. Please ensure that items are returned in original condition with original packaging, parts and accessories to qualify for a return within 7 days of delivery.
The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value. A deposit will be required if the value is higher.
In case of return, the value will be refunded as the Motherswork voucher, excluding delivery fees and promotional discounts. After approval of return and refund request.
We are unable to facilitate any exchanges or refunds at our brick-and-mortar stores unless otherwise stated.
Absolutely no refunds/exchanges for the following products:
soft toys/plush toys
books and stationery
adult swimwear
close adults
bath and skin care products
all other cleaning products
all other hygiene products
Items are on sale
any other items as determined by Motherswork
GIVE BACK
To make a return, the customer shall return the item to the specified address.
Returned items will be evaluated and the buyer will be notified in 2 business days if the returned item is eligible for return.
(Please attach a note with your Order Code when returning, e.g. #1005)
If a Return is not accepted, the Customer may:
- Collect items at the return point; OR
- Request to return the item with the courier designated by Motherswork
